Welcome to Trading Boy, a product of Cabal Ventures ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trading Boy platform (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

Trading Boy is a paper trading, journaling, and decision-support platform designed to help users analyze trading behavior and market context.

The Service includes:

• Trade journaling and context snapshots
• Market intelligence (price, on-chain, social, and risk data)
• Strategy simulation and backtesting tools
• Behavioral analysis and performance summaries
• APIs, CLI tools, and agent interfaces

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Trading advice
• Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold assets

You acknowledge that:

• All decisions are made solely by you
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
• You may lose your entire investment

Past performance, simulations, or modeled outcomes are not indicative of future results.

4. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API key.

You agree to:

• Not share your API key
• Not expose your key in public code
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You may cancel at any time (effective end of billing cycle)
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for failed or unpaid charges

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activity
• Attempt to manipulate markets using insights derived from the Service
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Resell or sublicense access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect limited data necessary to operate the Service, including:

• Trade journal inputs
• Usage metrics
• Email and optional Telegram identifiers

We do not collect:

• Private keys
• Exchange credentials

User data is stored securely and logically isolated.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your data solely to:

• Operate and improve the Service
• Generate anonymized and aggregated insights
• Conduct analytics and research

We may use aggregated and anonymized data for business purposes, including improving products and services.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, systems, models, and interfaces — are owned by Cabal Ventures.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of:

• Source code
• Algorithms
• Models or system architecture

Your use of the Service does not grant any license beyond what is necessary to access and use the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cabal Ventures and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws

10. Beta Status and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is currently in beta and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

The Service may:

• Contain errors
• Experience downtime
• Change at any time

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Cabal Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed:

• The greater of (a) the amount you paid in the past 12 months, or (b) $100.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Access to the Service is revoked
• API keys are disabled

Where reasonably possible, we will allow users to export their data prior to termination or shutdown.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

You agree to waive:

• The right to a jury trial
• The right to participate in class actions

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
